Arrival made easy

If you are coming to Maria Alm by car, drive into the village centre and turn right before the Raiffeisen Bank or before the Gasthof Niederreiter at Dorfjet Natrun. Continue up the hill to the church carpark and you have arrived at your holiday destination in the mountains.

Check-In

You can move into your room or apartment from 2 pm at the latest. If you want to come earlier, just let us know - we will see what we can do.
In our house the check in is contactless.

Check-In: from 14:00

Check-Out

We ask you to vacate your room/apartment by 10:30 am at the latest. If availability allows, we can offer you a late check-out.

Check-Out: until 10:30 a.m.

GTC

Life is already complicated enough, which is why we do not have our own GTCs. Therefore, we simply apply the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH).

Cancellation

The cancellation conditions can be found in the offer as well as on the reservation confirmation. Since something can always come up, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Child discounts

under 3 years: free of charge in parents' room or apartment

under 15 years in the room of the parents:
- € 10,-/day

under 15 years in the apartment of the parents:
- € 5,-/day

Short stay surcharge

Please understand that for short stays up to 3 nights we charge a surcharge on the room rates.

€ 15,- /person for one night
€ 5 - 10,- /person and night up to three nights

Local tax

In addition to the room or apartment price there is the daily local tax per person from the age of 15.

Local tax:
€ 2 /person and day

Purchase and payment

To be able to reserve your room/apartment fix, we ask you for a deposit.
